Program Manager Virtual Care
Location: St. Louis, Missouri (Remote)
The Program Manager will support governance, programs, and executive-level communications within the Virtual Care Portfolio. This role involves collaboration with executives, clinical stakeholders, and portfolio owners to manage strategic program roadmaps, support governance groups, and maintain dashboards. The position requires business acumen, communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop program goals and create materials to track progress.
- Create and maintain portfolio roadmaps, reports, and slides for virtual care projects.
- Lead cross-functional teams to meet goals and objectives.
- Manage programs by building relationships and resolving roadblocks.
- Create, manage, and report on the program budget, adjusting plans as needed.
- Communicate and document program outcomes and progress metrics using various reporting tools, including the Google Suite.
- Monitor and resolve project issues to ensure strategic delivery.
- Support the prioritization of work within Virtual Care.
- Assist with presentations, reports, and key projects that cross multiple areas.
- Coordinate with the Strategic Realization Office and other departments to ensure alignment.
- Support the governance structure with materials for meetings, track program progress, and manage intake and prioritization views.
- Serve as a primary point of communication, providing regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.
Required Qualifications
Education: A bachelor's degree is required.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in clinical systems analysis or a related role is required. Experience in project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and healthcare is also required. A Project Management Professional certification is required.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Suite, including advanced functions in Sheets (VLOOKUP, COUNTIFS, SUMIFS), Google Forms, Google Docs, Google Slides, and Google Sites is necessary. A basic understanding of healthcare application concepts is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Smartsheet, including creating reports using formulas.
