We're Hiring: Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – California

Location: Chico, California

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 per year + benefits

Are you a compassionate LCSW looking for a flexible, remote opportunity to support clients through meaningful mental health services? Join our dedicated team and help individuals thrive—all from the comfort of your own home.

What You’ll Do:

Deliver virtual therapy sessions to individuals, families, or groups.
Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and monitor client progress.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team as needed for client care.
Support clients facing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and more.

Requirements

Active LCSW license in the state of California (required).
Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
At least 1 year of experience post-licensure preferred.
Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR).
Empathetic, self-motivated, and organized with strong communication skills.
