Our client, a leading organization in enterprise technology solutions, is seeking a passionate and skilled Application Support Engineer to join their dynamic team.
As an Application Support Engineer, you will be an integral part of the support team, working closely with engineering, DevOps, and business stakeholders to ensure the stability and performance of mission-critical applications.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, aligning successfully with the organization's commitment to innovation and excellence.
Job Title: Application Support Engineer
Location: Greenwood Village, Colorado
Pay Range: $50-60/hour, based on experience
What's the Job?
Provide enterprise-scale application support to ensure uptime, performance, and reliability of critical systems.
Support replatforming initiatives by analyzing legacy application behavior and assisting with migration to modern platforms.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex application, infrastructure, and integration issues in real time.
Monitor application health and logs using Splunk, proactively identifying risks or performance issues.
Collaborate with platform engineering teams leveraging Kubernetes / CaaS for deployment, scaling, and container orchestration.
What's Needed?
Enterprise-scale application support experience in large, complex environments.
Hands-on experience with CaaS / Kubernetes for containerized application support.
Strong familiarity with AWS services and cloud-based operational support.
Proficiency in Splunk for troubleshooting, monitoring, and log analysis.
Experience replatforming or modernizing legacy applications.
