Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Computer Science, Web Development, Digital Marketing, Marketing, IT, or related field Between 3-5 years of experience in website management More than 5 years of experience in Marketing or related field

A Day in the Life :
Responsible for the day-to-day operations, management, and strategic planning of websites across the portfolio of brands, ensuring it is functional, visually appealing, and up-to-date with relevant content. Work in close partnership with Brand Marketing to translate campaign briefs into actionable web strategies driving business outcomes.
The Impact You'll Make :
- Oversee all website operations including channel management, performance, and functionality. Ensures consistency in branding, messaging, and experience across all sites.
- Work cross-functionally to develop channel strategies that meet the business objectives outlined in
the brief. Work with Analytics to define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), monitor performance, and optimize strategy.
Who You Are :
Monster Energy provides a competitive total compensation; this position has an annual estimated salary of $88,500 - $118,000. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
