Senior Manager, Digital Content and Social Strategy

Position Overview : The Senior Manager, Digital Content & Social Strategy is responsible for shaping and amplifying Otsuka's external digital presence across our corporate website, social platforms, and emerging digital touchpoints. This role drives integrated content strategies that elevate our corporate voice, strengthen reputation, and build advocacy for our science, our leadership, and our commitment to redefining what's possible for the people we serve. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Brand and Reputation, the Senior Manager leads corporate website governance, social media strategy, analytics, digital storytelling, and executive social programs. This professional excels at cross-functional collaboration, "story mining," and translating complex concepts into compelling, audience-centric narratives.

Compensation : Minimum $131,153.00 - Maximum $196,075.00, plus incentive opportunity : The range shown represents a typical pay range or starting pay for individuals who are hired in the role to perform in the United States. Other elements may be used to determine actual pay such as the candidate's job experience, specific skills, and comparison to internal incumbents currently in role. Typically, actual pay will be positioned within the established range, rather than at its minimum or maximum. This information is provided to applicants in accordance with states and local laws.
