divh2Rental Asset Coordinator/h2pTEAM UP WITH US!/ppThe Rental Asset Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and communicating rental inventory activities through an internal make-ready process to ensure timely and quality processing of rental inventories by performing the following duties./ppDO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?/ppWHAT YOULL DO:/pulliCommunicate with Asset Management regarding rental inventory items slated to undergo the quality make-ready process. Inventory items to include New Inventory, Used Inventory, and Rental Rollouts./liliDirectly communicate with Sales Coordinators and Asset Management to receive accurate data needed for rental inventory make-readies./liliCommunicate with Rental Coordinators and Branch Managers to follow up on rental inventory swap outs./liliInitiate, coordinate, and follow up on store transfers./liliCoordinate rental inventory and make readies with Service Supervisors to establish necessary work requests with the timeliest completion dates./liliTrack rental unit make-ready progress and communicate any condition, status, and/or completion date changes to all parties involved./liliReview work orders for accuracy and issue POs for work completed./liliMonitor and submit machine scores./liliFollow up on any necessary warranty requests or claims./liliMaintain inventory accounts and make changes as necessary./liliUpdate and maintain the rental category groups as needed./liliCompile data reports on unit status, reservations, rate variance, slow rents, or any other report as requested./liliMaintain and administer the shipping/receiving scorecard for all store locations./liliInquire with Branch Managers, Shop Supervisors, and Coordinators on any excessive machine status or extended inventory reservations./liliReview machine configurations for accuracy on notes, memos, inventory accounts, and category groups./liliProvide prompt response to incoming calls, voice messages, and emails./liliCompare computer and physical inventory counts and solve discrepancies as needed./liliMaintain a positive approach towards customer service and internal interaction./liliEnsure company policies, safety policies, and work processes are followed and in compliance./li/ulpWHAT YOULL NEED:/pulliBachelors degree from a four-year college or university and 3-5 years experience in the equipment industry; or an equivalent combination of education and experience./liliIntermediate level computer skills (MS Office Suite, internal systems and web-based systems)./liliIntermediate level communication and collaboration skills./liliStrong attention to detail./liliAbility to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations./liliAbility to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals./liliAbility to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public./li/ulpWHY WORK WITH US?/pulliWe like to take care of business and have fun doing it!/liliWe offer health, dental, vision, life, and more as a comprehensive benefits package./liliDont you want to work with awesome people?/li/ulpIMPORTANT INFORMATION:/ppWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear./ppWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; and outside weather conditions./ppThe work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
