Receptionist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Receptionist to join our team at Advanced Rehab Center of Tustin, located in Santa Ana, California. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, families, and visitors, and will play a vital role in ensuring a warm and welcoming environment. Responsibilities:
• Greet and Welcome: Greet patients, families, and visitors with a warm smile, and ensure that they feel comfortable and supported throughout their visit.
• Phone and Email Management: Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and manage incoming messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, procedures, and tests, and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
• Patient Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, medications, and test results.
• Supplies and Inventory: Order and manage supplies and inventory, and maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Team Support: Assist other departments and staff members as needed, and provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the facility.
Requirements:
• Education: High school
• Experience: SNF experience
