As a Robot Welder Operator, you'll play a vital role in supporting the manufacturing process by operating robotic welding equipment. You'll work closely with the production team to ensure high-quality welds and efficient workflow, contributing to the company's reputation for excellence.
What You'll Do
As a Robot Welder Operator, you will be responsible for:
- Operating robotic welding machines to perform precise welding tasks.
- Setting up welding jigs according to detailed setup instructions.
- Occasionally grinding or spot welding parts using an angle grinder or hand file.
- Inspecting finished products to meet quality standards.
- Maintaining equipment and workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Adhering to safety protocols and quality procedures throughout the manufacturing process.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Prior machine operation in a manufacturing setting required
- Ability to lift 25-30 pounds consistently.
- Physical stamina to remain on your feet for a 10-hour shift.
- Previous experience with robotic welding or manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Reliability and a team-oriented mindset.
