Job Title: Welder

Job Description

The TIG Welder will engage in welding pipes, flanges, fittings, pumps, and various irrigation equipment. The role involves interpreting blueprints and utilizing jigs and fixtures as necessary. Additionally, you may be required to lay out parts and perform some fabrication tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding on pipes, flanges, fittings, pumps, and other irrigation equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accuracy and quality in welding tasks.
• Utilize jigs and fixtures as needed to complete welding projects.
• Lay out parts and perform fabrication as required.
• Conduct TIG welding on stainless and mild steel materials.

Essential Skills

• Expertise in welding and fabrication, particularly TIG welding on stainless and mild steel.
• Proficiency in pipe welding and the ability to interpret blueprints.
• Minimum of 3 years of TIG welding experience on pipes, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment.
• At least 1 year of experience in fabrication and layout.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Modesto, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
