Job Summary (Crew Member)

BBs Crispy Chicken is seeking hard-working, enthusiastic, career-minded crew members to join our team of hospitality pros. BBs is the fast-casual crispy chicken concept from MDO Holdings and James Beard Award-winning chef Ashley Christensen. Crew members report to the manager on duty and are responsible for efficiently preparing BBs thoughtfully crafted menu items and creating incredible experiences for our guests. Job Description (Crew Member)

• Extend a warm welcome. Welcome guests and create an excellent first impression. Know the BBs menu like the back of your hand, stand ready to answer questions, and process payments accurately and professionally. Communicate effectively with your team members to create a seamless guest experience. Deliver food and beverages to guests in an accurate, professional and timely manner. Pre-bus, bus, clean, and reset tables correctly and expediently. Answer phones and provide accurate, pleasant responses to callers.
• Cook like a boss. Take pride in your craft and approach it thoughtfully to ensure that every dish enhances our guests experiences. Prep, cook, and season ingredients consistently, according to the specifications laid out by the manager on duty.
• Keep it clean. Keep equipment, work areas, and your general appearance clean and sanitary. Your work should impress the neatest of neat freaks, whether you are preparing food, serving guests, washing or storing dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment; sweeping or scrubbing floors; or sorting and removing trash.
• Keep it safe. Multitask and manage time effectively during the entire shift. Keep assigned stations stocked and immaculate. Uphold all standards of cleanliness, organization, sanitation, and food safety, as established by our company policies and the NC Health Department.
• Follow instructions to a T. BBs team members are diligent in executing the routine tasks of the job. Consistency helps to ensure a high-quality guest experience and a healthy team atmosphere that our crew members can count on. Crew members are expected to follow their supervisors guidance on all policies and procedures, from preparing food and accepting guest payments to cleaning the building.
