Job Opportunity: Customer Relations Specialist / Production Support

A client of ours in Beaverton is looking to add a Customer Relations Specialist/Production Support team member to their team. This is a full-time, in-person position combining customer service, order processing, and hands-on production support.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service.
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer questions.
Take and process customer orders for trophies, awards, engraving, banners, tags, and other products.
Communicate with customers regarding orders, changes, issues, and timelines.
Help customers select or create the right product for their needs.
Enter and maintain accurate order information.
Multitask between customer service, order processing, and production tasks.
Assist with building and preparing customer orders.
Help with hands-on production work and other tasks as needed.
Work closely with the team to make sure orders are completed accurately and on time.

Requirements:

Customer service or similar experience preferred.
Comfortable speaking with customers in person and over the phone.
Comfortable using a computer and keyboard.
Able to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
Able to communicate clearly and professionally.
Comfortable working both at a computer and in a hands-on production environment.
Creative, adaptable, and willing to learn.
Reliable and able to work as part of a team.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM
Pay: $20/hr.

Duration: This is a temp-to-hire position.
