Come join our growing team at QDOBA Mexican Eats! If you like working with a fun team, love our queso, have a great personality, and enjoy interacting with customers, then come and talk to us about joining the QDOBA family! QDOBA is now hiring energetic, hospitality-oriented individuals!
POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Cook and Team Member, you would prepare food and serve our guests. As part of this, you would help maintain the high-quality product by following our quality and safety standards.
Job Functions:
- Prepare food according to specifications by using approved recipes, proper portioning, and food prep logs/tools.
- Enthusiastically greet guests when they enter the restaurant and serve them following brand guidelines.
- Restock front line with prepared product.
- Clean, organize, and restock all stations.
- Monitor and ensure the quality of food and cleanliness of the restaurant.
- Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, safety, security policies and procedures to provide a healthy and safe environment for all guests and team members.
- Perform other tasks as directed by management.
- Serve as an ambassador for QDOBA and maintain a cooperative, respectful working relationship with management and fellow team members.
- Strive to exceed guest expectations every day.
- Have fun and maintain a positive attitude at all times!
