Room attendants must be comfortable communicating with guests they encounter, as well as the Housekeeping staff to efficiently service guest rooms. Teamwork among all housekeeping staff, as well as the ability to perform the daily tasks required for the position, form the foundation on which each individual is able to develop and succeed within the department.
