Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and support. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

  1. Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly welcome.
  2. Manage phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, addressing inquiries and providing information.
  3. Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
  4. Handle customer support requests effectively, resolving issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
  5. Schedule appointments and manage calendars as needed, acting as a personal assistant to management.
  6. Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution or filing.
  7. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area to create a professional environment.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.

Skills

  1. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  2. Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  3. Proficient in computerized systems for scheduling, record keeping, and communication.
  4. Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar role is a plus.
  5. Strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in all written communication.
  6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
  7. Exceptional phone etiquette for effective communication with guests and staff alike.
