micro1 is engaging AI Productivity Specialists to participate in an exciting customer project focused on advancing workplace productivity through real-world AI and automation. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Scope of Work
- Design, test, and refine automated workflows that integrate AI agents with various workplace tools, such as documents, spreadsheets, messaging platforms, and data systems.
- Identify repetitive manual processes and propose AI-driven automation strategies to boost operational efficiency.
- Develop and document best practices for leveraging AI in daily professional tasks, ensuring clarity and replicability for wider adoption.
- Conduct research using AI agents, synthesize findings, and present actionable insights to project stakeholders.
- Analyze business operations, workflows, or information flows, highlighting opportunities to improve productivity with AI-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical project participants to connect data sources and tools, enabling seamless end-to-end automation.
- Provide feedback on AI agent performance, contributing to iterative model improvement and enhanced practical utility.
Preferred Qualifications
- Extensive hands-on experience using AI agents to improve productivity, automate tasks, and streamline workflows within a professional context.
- Proven ability to connect and orchestrate multiple workplace tools (such as data connectors, automation platforms, or APIs) for integrated solutions.
- Background in business operations, engineering, finance, or similar professional fields with a demonstrated focus on operational efficiency.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience conducting research and drawing actionable conclusions.
- Proficiency working with documents, spreadsheets, messaging systems, and data management platforms.
- Excellent written communication skills for documenting processes and sharing insights with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Adaptability and a proactive approach to adopting new technologies and workflow methodologies.
