We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and organized Patient Care Coordinator to support the front desk operations of our outpatient physical therapy clinic.
This is a patient-facing position focused primarily on welcoming patients, scheduling appointments, collecting co-payments, assisting patients with the check-in kiosk, and completing basic administrative tasks. This position does not involve insurance verification, billing, or extensive phone responsibilities.
The ideal candidate is approachable, patient, reliable, and comfortable helping people who may need assistance with technology or paperwork. This position is well suited for someone who enjoys a structured, patient-facing role with straightforward administrative responsibilities.
Approximately 30 hours per week. Availability may include a combination of morning, afternoon, and early evening shifts based on clinic needs.
Trinity Rehab is an outpatient physical therapy organization committed to providing an excellent patient experience from the moment a patient enters the clinic. Our front desk team plays an important role in helping each patient feel welcomed, supported, and prepared for their visit.
