Summary
Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for receiving all visitors at the front desk of the business office, responsible for data entry and providing support in creating grant reports, and general administrative support, as assigned. The Administrative Assistant manages the interest lists, conducts pre-screening, and schedules intakes for Personal Empowerment Program (PEP), Legal Advocacy, and Clinical services.
Duties and Responsibilities
Program Responsibilities
- Manage the waitlist, pre-screen clients, assess the level of history of violence experienced, aid in basic safety planning, and schedule intake appointments or services based on the survivor's demographics and grant guidelines for legal advocacy, counseling, and Personal Empowerment Program (PEP).
- Support with Enhanced Care Management (ECM) data entry and reporting.
- Refer clients to available internal and external community resources, information, and services.
Administrative Responsibilities
