Electrical Control Panel Assembler
Mon-Fri 7am to 3 : 30pm Pay Rate : $18.00 / hr. Located in Maryville
The Electrical Control Panel Assembler's role is to properly assemble customer equipment control system panels to company quality standards based on the engineering design of electrical control schematics, control panel layouts and bill-of material drawings using company established best work practices.
Roles and Responsibilities
Promote and practice proper safety procedures and correct use of personal protective equipment.
Electrical assembly of control panels and related equipment including cables, harnesses, and motors
Proficient at interpreting electrical drawing symbols and language.
Proficient at reading and interpreting electrical schematics.
Proficient at associating drawing symbols with bill-of-material components.
Proficient at quality mechanical abilities such as cutting, mounting of components. etc.
Displays professional workmanship to achieve required quality expectations.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience
1 or more years of electrical experience
Able to read and understand electrical schematics.
Be familiar with and maintain knowledge of NEMA, NEC, NFPA, UL and IEC codes.
Able to route and bundle wires and cables to established standards.
Experienced with voltage range up to 600 Volts.
Skilled in the use of measuring, diagnostic, and hand tools
Knowledge in mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Basic motor control knowledge and AC drive programing
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $18.00 - $18.00
