This position will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the work order for the service department.
Essential Functions
- Managing and dispatching technicians to job sites and ensuring all needed information is provided to proper recipients.
- Facilitating all needed training for proper service documentation.
- Opening work orders accurately and monitoring all parts, labor, and sublet to ensure final invoicing is provided to customer correctly.
- Coordinating with Service Manager on the completion of customer work orders, putting together billing for work completed
- Manage all A / P coding to ensure vendors receive payment in a timely manner.
- Provide and receive purchase orders for invoicing and sublets
- Overseeing the daily interactions between employees and customers
- Build strong customer relationships to ensure the customer's growing needs are met.
- Establishing good working relationships with other departments
- Ensure compliance in all safety, health, and environmental regulations, policies and procedures for a goal of zero incidents and injuries; Assist in delivering required training to ensure that all coworkers have the necessary skills to perform their jobs properly and safely.
- Communicate consistently on all activities to appropriate individuals (internal & external).
- Maintain ongoing communication and adhere to all Companywide policies to eliminate and / or reduce exposure to liability.
- Special projects or work as assigned.
Qualifications
Work Environment and Physical Demands
This is primarily an office classification and employees work in an office with moderate noise levels, controlled temperature conditions and no direct exposure to hazardous physical substances. The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Specific conditions of this job include are typical of frequent and continuous computer-based work requiring periods of sitting, close vision and ability to adjust focus.

The final compensation offer may vary based on factors such as experience, education, skills, and location.
