Global Service Resources  is looking for a contractor   in Los Angeles.

Job Title :  Senior Programmer (Drupal) 727

Location :  Los Angeles, CA 90020 (Remote)

Shift :  9 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM PST

Assignment type :  Temporary (12 months   w / high chance of extension or hire)

Payrate :  $45-$50 / hour

Role Overview :

The Senior Programmer will lead and support complex IT application and systems development projects. Responsibilities include system design, coding, debugging, testing, integration, documentation, and ensuring compliance with security policies. The role may also involve managing system environments and evaluating new technologies.

Qualifications :

7+ years in systems design, development, and programming

4+ years in a lead role

Bachelor’s degree in IT / Engineering (or equivalent experience)

Strong knowledge of application / software development, operating systems, and database management

Live Scan required by DCFS

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred Skills :

Proficiency in .NET Core, C#, Java, jQuery, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, XML, MVC

Strong skills in Oracle PL / SQL, Microsoft T-SQL, Report Builder, Power BI

Experience with web services, database management, and object-oriented programming

Expertise in Blazor.NET (5+ yrs), C# & HTML (10+ yrs)

Cloud experience with Azure and AWS (3+ yrs each)

Familiarity with Agile / DevOps practices

  • LOS ANGELES COUNTY HAS A VERY RIGOROUS INTERVIEW / HIRING / ON-BOARDING PROCESS DUE TO THE CONFIDENTIALITY OF THE POSITION. PLEASE NOTE THAT INTERVIEWS AND BACKGROUND CHECKS MAY TAKE 2 TO 6 WEEKS ALTOGETHER

Note :  You will not receive the same benefits as a direct County employee. You will be eligible for Health Insurance at a Discounted Rate and 5 paid Sick Days after 90 days of employment.
