Role Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to join our LLM Data Services Business Unit. The Program Manager will be responsible for driving key initiatives and ensuring the successful delivery of high-impact projects. This role will focus on two primary goals : Goal 1 : Enhancing Data Quality and Availability Ensure the availability of high-quality, diverse data sets to support the training and optimization of large language models. Implement best practices for data collection, annotation, and validation to maintain data integrity and relevance. Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders to identify data needs and develop strategies to meet those needs effectively. Goal 2 : Driving Operational Excellence Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget. Develop and implement scalable processes to improve operational efficiency and productivity within the business unit. Monitor and report on project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities :
- Define project scopes, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
- Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties / vendors.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
