Responsibilities:
·The Program Manager shall manage project operations to ensure production schedules are met, system resources are utilized effectively, and that proper relationships are established between customers.
·Responsible for cost, schedule, performance and risk identification / mitigation on projects including but not limited to systems, tools, equipment, software, facilities and other activities.
·Coordinates resolutions to production-related problems.
Required qualifications/skills:
·Minimum education and years of experience requirements for the following:
oHigh School Diploma: 20 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
-OR-
oAssociates Degree: 16 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
-OR-
oBachelors Degree: 14 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
-OR-
·Masters Degree or higher: 12 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
·Active Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)
·A Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Intelligence or related field, and
·A minimum of 10 years combined management experience, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
·Experience leading large teams of 100 FTEs or more.
