Position Summary :

As Senior Manager, Software Engineering, you will lead the end‑to‑end UI / UX engineering strategy for CAS, including modernization of the current user experience, development of design systems, and introduction of SaaS-based UI frameworks. Your teams will deliver high-performance, accessible, and intuitive user experiences across CAS while shaping UI architecture for our future cloud-based system. This role blends engineering leadership, UX partnership, design strategy, and front‑end technology expertise. This role also requires depth in full‑stack engineering, strong engineering fundamentals, and proven team leadership in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

UI / UX Engineering Leadership

• Lead UI / UX engineering teams building high‑quality front‑end applications and design components.
• Own the UI architecture and frameworks, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and consistent UX patterns.
• Collaborate with UX Designers, Product Managers, and Accessibility experts to translate concepts into engineered experiences.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is :

$118,450.00 - $236,900.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
