Program Manager

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning.
  • Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Trello.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong ability to influence and engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in the cruise line, hospitality, or travel industry is a plus.
