Description
Westminster Communities of Florida is actively recruiting for a full time Home Care Scheduler for its location in Bradenton, FL. This position will coordinate staffing schedules and ensure staffing for clients on all shifts; will assist in collecting credentialing documentations as they expire each year.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :
Responsible for preparing the monthly schedule for caregivers (HHA / CNA and LPNs) based on census needs. The schedule must be posted at least 2 weeks in advance.
Post daily and or weekly updates to the schedule.
Submit approved Missed Punch Forms, Lunch Break Forms and other payroll related documentation on a bi-weekly basis. Accuracy and timeliness are required for this function.
Maintain a record of Call-offs and no-call / no-shows. Immediately inform the RN Supervisor of employee’s unplanned absences.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS :
Education and Experience :
High School Diploma required. Minimum 2 years staffing experience, preferably in home care or staffing agency.
Experience and Basic Knowledge :
The ideal candidate will be a detail oriented individual with good time management and relationship building skills. Must have the ability to effectively communicate with staff members when preparing the monthly schedule.
