Proven to Perform.
From the edges of space to the bottoms of ocean, our materials are proven to perform -- and so is our team. We're hiring high performers as proven as our products. Join us.

Overview

We are seeking a forward-thinking professional to support mission-critical digital engineering and manufacturing ecosystems across the Forged Products business. This role requires a blend of systems integration, product engineering aptitude, engineering management, process optimization, and stakeholder alignment to ensure organizational readiness in an increasingly complex product lifecycle environment using Siemens PLM applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cross-Functional Enablement: Partner with diverse teams to identify structural inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions that enhance agility.
  • Process Transformation: Drive continuous improvement by developing, refining, and automating workflows that support the end-to-end digital product lifecycle.
  • Technology Stewardship: Maintain system and hardware alignment with evolving organizational standards, ensuring future-ready infrastructure, PLM architecture, and resource optimization.
  • Data Harmonization: Curate, organize, and optimize digital assets to promote reliable information flow between multiple engineering, production, and operational domains.
  • System Integration: Lead initiatives to configure, manage, and converge multiple platforms into a cohesive ecosystem, advancing digital continuity across stakeholders.
  • Operational Leadership: Support departmental needs in safety, compliance, training, and workforce enablement, reinforcing organizational resilience.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate closely with project teams to guarantee satisfaction, resolve bottlenecks, and accelerate successful delivery of outcomes.

Basic Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Systems, Digital Technology or related
  • 5+ years of experience in systems integration and lifecycle enablement through engineering applications, datahubs, and ERP.
  • 5+ years of experience in developing advanced digital product definition and management methodologies using CAD and CAM applications such as NX, Creo and document management systems.

Preferred Experience

  • Proven record of supporting digital automation and workflow optimization in complex environments.
  • Ability to navigate multi-platform ecosystems and lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong communication and leadership capabilities with an aptitude for organizational change management.

What We Offer

This position provides the opportunity to shape the digital backbone of a forward-leaning enterprise. The successful candidate will have visibility across departments, engagement with diverse stakeholders, and influence over the future of enterprise-wide systems integration and digital product definition.

We thrive when the expectations are great, and the barriers are high. We're solving the world's most difficult challenges through materials science. Our advanced, integrated process technologies and proven performers give us a tremendous competitive advantage. When customers systems need to fly higher, dig deeper, stand stronger, and last longer -- anywhere on, above or below the earth -- ATI is proven to perform.
