Duties :
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities.
- Provide support to students in various areas, including behavior management and classroom management.
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
- Assist with curriculum development and implementation, including preparing materials and resources.
- Support students with individualized learning needs, providing additional assistance as required.
- Supervise students during recess, lunchtime, and other non-instructional periods.
- Collaborate with the lead teacher and other staff members to ensure a cohesive and effective learning experience for students.
Experience :
Previous experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, or similar settingFamiliarity with childhood development principles and best practicesKnowledge of literacy education and math concepts for young childrenAbility to effectively manage behavior and promote positive social interactions among studentsStrong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff membersAbility to adapt to the needs of individual students and provide appropriate supportThis is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about early childhood education.
