JOB TITLE: Maintenance Associate
DEPARTMENT: Maintenance
REPORTS TO: Maintenance Manager or General Manager
POSITION PURPOSE:The Maintenance Associate’s primary responsibility is the quality and upkeep of the marina. This person will perform upkeep tasks such as repairs and cleaning. They will be responsible for applying basic fixes to equipment and building systems and ensure facilities are tidy and functional. The Maintenance Associate projects a professional company image through all types of interactions. As this is a fast-paced environment, must be able to work under pressure.
