A company is looking for a Business Development Associate - Mexico (Remote / Consultant).
Key Responsibilities
Identify and qualify potential employer partnerships through research and outreach
Prepare reports and update CRM with lead generation progress and outcomes
Support the BD & Partnerships team with materials and presentations for employer engagement
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree in any field with a solid academic record
1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation
Familiarity with lead generation tools and techniques, including CRM systems
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project management tools
Fluent in Spanish; intermediate English is a plus
