The Clinical Pharmacist I has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient's medication therapy outcomes and quality of life.
Performs all duties in a manner, which promotes team concept and reflects the Sisters of Providence mission and philosophy.

Required Qualifications:
- PharmD Pharmacy Doctorate Or
- Bachelor's Degree Pharmacy
- Upon hire: California Pharmacist Registered
- Upon hire: Basic Life Support (BLS) - where applicable
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year Acute care hospital pharmacy experience or equivalent experience.
- Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency.
