Job description

A company is looking for a Renewal Manager (East) to support customer retention and expansion strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the quote-to-close process for renewals and achieve quarterly revenue goals

Collaborate with Customer Success to assess customer health and implement renewal strategies

Maintain accurate forecasts of renewals and develop relationships with channel partners

Required Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in cybersecurity and renewals

Proven track record of achieving renewal quotas in previous roles

Deep understanding of SaaS offerings and pricing models

Experience with Salesforce, CPQ, IronClad, and ChurnZero

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an entrepreneurial environment
