A company is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to oversee client benefit administration and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the implementation and maintenance of client benefit administration sites
Collaborate with internal teams to meet client deliverables and resolve inquiries
Drive continuous process improvements and provide training on system features
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
5+ years of direct client-facing experience or associate / analyst experience
2+ years of project management experience
Experience in benefits administration and configuring a benefits administration platform
Solid technical background with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
