A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner in the Pacific or Mountain Time Zone.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to understand open positions and recruiting strategies
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers
Utilize various tools to engage passive candidates, particularly for technical roles, and participate in university recruiting efforts
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher from a U.S.-accredited college or university
5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in technical recruiting
Proven expertise in sourcing passive candidates and building talent pipelines in niche technical areas
Experience recruiting for engineering, architectural, or professional consulting roles is highly desirable
Experience with Greenhouse ATS and proficiency in other web-based recruiting systems is preferred
