A company is looking for a Collections Agent to assist homeowners in a high-volume call center environment.
Key Responsibilities
Collect payments to reduce overall portfolio delinquency according to guidelines
Participate in outbound dialer campaigns while complying with regulations and internal policies
Provide outstanding customer service and assess reasons for delinquency to discuss workout options
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent; college courses in Finance and Accounting preferred
Minimum two years of experience in consumer relations / customer service / collections in a high-volume call center
Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated workspace
General computer proficiency and ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
Ability to work weekends and overtime as needed
