A company is looking for a Loan Processor in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, verify, analyze documents, and perform data entry for loan processing
Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements while maintaining customer satisfaction
Collaborate with sales, underwriting, and management to address and resolve loan-related concerns
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED is required
Minimum of 5 years of loan processing experience
Familiarity with mortgage processes and documents
Exceptional computer skills and ability to adapt to change
Solid knowledge of RESPA, FHLMC, FNMA, FHA, and VA program guidelines
