Job description

A company is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to provide technical support and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Level 1 technical support to users via phone, email, or chat

Diagnose and resolve technical issues, including hardware and software troubleshooting

Document and escalate unresolved issues while ensuring proper ticket management

Required Qualifications

6-12 months of experience in a Service Desk or technical support role

6-12 months of customer service experience in a professional setting

High School Diploma or GED

Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills

Ability to work weekdays from 9 : 00am-5 : 30pm EST
