We are currently seeking a professional Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team in Gilbert, Arizona.Job DetailsSalary: Competitive and based on experienceJob Type: Full-TimeLocation: Gilbert, AZ 85297Key ResponsibilitiesGreet customers on the sales floor and conduct a needs analysis to understand their desired vehicle make, type, and features.Explain vehicle features and demonstrate operations both in the showroom and during test drives.Research vehicle availability and optional equipment using the dealership’s computer database.Collaborate with Sales and F&I Managers to negotiate sales prices, including taxes, trade-in values, license fees, discounts, and financing or lease terms.Inspect lot inventory regularly through visual checks.Complete all required paperwork and arrange vehicle delivery and registration.Deliver and familiarize customers with their new vehicles.Attend and complete required training sessions and department meetings.Maintain consistent and predictable attendance.Why Join Us?At Horne Kia, you will be part of a positive and supportive work environment focused on continuous professional growth and development. Job Requirement:Minimum of one year related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills.Ability to organize and follow up thoroughly with clients before and after sales.Current valid driver’s license.Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.Ability to speak a second language is preferred but not required.
