A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter to manage strategic client recruitment efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Source, interview, and extend offers to qualified candidates for Sales and Retail Associate positions
Manage the candidate process and act as an advocate for candidates throughout their journey
Maintain documentation within the applicant tracking system and ensure adherence to equal employment opportunity laws
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Business degree preferred
1 year of relevant experience in recruiting, sourcing, or customer service call centers
Passion for improving candidate and hiring manager experiences
Ability to thrive in a high-paced, changing work environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently
Creative and driven with strong interpersonal skills and basic analytics knowledge
