Chief Financial Officer

A company is looking for a Chief Financial Officer.

Key Responsibilities

Own the company's P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and treasury management

Execute capital markets transactions to monetize the company's mass tort receivable pipeline

Establish and manage the monthly / quarterly financial close process and lead budgeting and forecasting

Required Qualifications

10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including CFO or VP of Finance roles

Experience at a PE-backed company with understanding of board and investor reporting

Deep operational finance capabilities including monthly close, FP&A, and audit coordination

Experience managing accrual accounting conversions, particularly ASC 606 revenue recognition

Ability to build and lead a finance team, including hiring a Controller
