Key Responsibilities
Build and grow the company's organic presence on channels like Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok
Develop a community engagement playbook for effective participation in each platform
Measure community sentiment and engagement metrics to assess growth and effectiveness
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in community management or organic social, preferably in fintech or insurtech
Strong understanding of SEO and how LLMs cite sources
Ability to make complex topics relatable and engaging
Experience in building systems for community engagement
Proven track record of fostering organic trust within online communities
