Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Lube Technician to join our service team.
This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on automotive experience while working in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Training is provided, and advancement opportunities are available.
Responsibilities Include:
Perform basic vehicle maintenance services, including:
Oil and filter changes
Tire rotations and tire pressure checks
Inspecting and replacing air and cabin filters
Checking and topping off fluids (coolant, brake, power steering, washer fluid, etc.)
Conduct basic multi-point vehicle inspections
Identify and report any safety concerns or needed repairs to service advisors
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow dealership and manufacturer service procedures
Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
Qualifications:
Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply — no prior experience required
Interest in automotive repair and maintenance
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Reynolds and Reynolds experience is a plus, but not required
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
