Key Responsibilities
Design and scale brand systems ensuring consistency across digital and physical touchpoints
Create growth marketing assets, including landing pages and campaign visuals, with a focus on conversion
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to move projects from concept to production while iterating based on feedback
Required Qualifications
3-4 years of brand design experience in a fast-paced environment
Experience in designing for growth marketing and understanding design's impact on outcomes
Fluency in Figma and experience with established brand systems
A portfolio showcasing a distinct visual point of view and creative thinking
Strong illustration skills and mastery of core design principles
