A company is looking for a Manager of Sales Operations to lead and enhance the performance of its sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue goals
Develop and implement sales strategies for lead generation and pipeline management
Analyze sales performance data to provide insights for team effectiveness and growth
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
3+ years of sales experience with 2+ years in a leadership role
Experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) or similar services is a plus
Strong understanding of consultative selling and customer-centric strategies
Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets in a fast-paced environment
