A company is looking for a Proposal Coordinator to lead the administrative and organizational aspects of the proposal development process for government opportunities.
Key Responsibilities :
Analyze RFPs, develop compliance matrices, and ensure submission requirements are met
Coordinate proposal schedules, color team reviews, and manage workflow for timely submissions
Maintain document control, manage digital repositories, and oversee final proposal quality checks
Required Qualifications :
4-6+ years of experience in proposal coordination or production within government contracting
Strong understanding of FAR, DFARS, and agency-specific procurement requirements
Proficiency with proposal tools such as SharePoint, PMC, and Deltek
Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
