Key Responsibilities
Virtually inspect damages, investigate coverage, and prepare estimates for claims
Interact with customers, contractors, and vendors through various communication channels
Focus on water loss claims to provide high-quality support and resolution
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Experience in claims handling or a related field
Proficiency in using claims software platforms such as Xactimate and ClaimsX Video Collaboration
Ability to work independently and investigate property claims effectively
Strong customer service orientation with a focus on empathy
Familiarity with insurance policies and coverage interpretation
