A company is looking for a Compliance Referral Analyst to monitor regulatory compliance and support data-driven initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and contractual obligations
Conduct legal research and monitor changes in regulations to mitigate risks
Create regulatory reports and support the Special Investigations Unit in referring issues to regulatory agencies
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED
3+ years of experience in a regulatory, privacy, or compliance role in a government or health care environment
3+ years of experience researching state regulations independently
2+ years of experience writing investigation findings to state regulators
Intermediate proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
