A company is looking for a Technical Writer to support communications and documentation for a Managed Infrastructure Service Provider contract.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with IT engineers and subject matter experts to gather technical information and create targeted communications and training materials
Facilitate project team collaborations to determine communication scope and deliverable requirements
Translate technical changes into concise, business-focused insights for non-technical audiences
Required Qualifications
Minimum six (6) years of experience as a communications or technical writer in similar environments
Bachelor's degree in writing, technical writing, journalism, or a related field; additional experience may substitute for degree
Ability to manage multiple assignments and collaborate effectively across disciplines
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
Experience with AI language models for drafting and reviewing communications is preferred
