A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls from patients, attorneys, and insurance companies to resolve issues and answer questions
Communicate revenue cycle outcomes or processes effectively with callers
Adhere to company policies and procedures while performing other assigned duties
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School diploma or GED required; 1 year of related healthcare and / or call center experience preferred
Flexible with the ability to learn quickly and meet production and quality goals
Familiarity with Customer Service department policies and procedures
Knowledge of medical insurance terminology
Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
