Key Responsibilities
Own weekly metrics and reporting, transforming data into actionable insights
Analyze performance metrics to identify anomalies and support root cause analysis
Lead onboarding workflows for new brands and channel expansions, ensuring timely and accurate setups
Required Qualifications
Experience in operations, account management, or high-volume task-driven environments
Strong analytical capability with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or similar tools
Familiarity with e-commerce and marketplace fulfillment operations, preferably with Amazon
High attention to detail and ability to manage recurring workflows accurately
Strong organizational and self-management skills, with the ability to operate independently
