A company is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive client relationships and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the internal proposal process and generate proposals
Organize meetings with general contractors and ensure proper business development processes
Track and complete KPI goals outlined for clients
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education
Experience in Construction Management, building management systems, or HVAC
Preferred experience in staffing, training, and performance management
Leadership skills to motivate team impact on job quality and efficiency
Ability to manage sensitive and complex information effectively
